Abstract
L’invention concerne une méthode de suivi du vieillissement par surchauffe d’un réacteur de reformage à la vapeur opérant à des températures très élevées, soit supérieures à 800°C, utilisant une méthode de contrôle non destructif apte à acquérir et traiter au moins une information en liaison avec ledit vieillissement, comprenant les étapes de : (a) acquisition d’au moins une information via au moins un capteur à réseau de Bragg inscrit dans la matière du cœur de silicium ultra pur d’une fibre optique installée sur la paroi du réacteur et apte à fonctionner aux dites très hautes températures, (b) conversion de l’information acquise par le capteur en une valeur de grandeur physique liée au vieillissement par surchauffe via au moins un interrogateur doté d’une interface, (c) déduction du vieillissement par surchauffe du réacteur à partir de la connaissance des dites valeurs de grandeur acquises.
