Titre : Groupe pour la préparation de boissons par infusionL’invention concerne un groupe pour la préparation de boissons par infusion d’une dose d’un produit à infuser, comportant au moins une chambre d’infusion (1a, 1b) dotée d’un réceptacle (2a, 2b) pour la dose et d’un circuit d’injection d’eau dans le réceptacle (2a, 2b), la chambre d’infusion (1a, 1b) étant surmontée par un plateau (4) mobile muni d’un orifice (5) apte à être placé sélectivement en regard d’une embouchure du réceptacle (2a, 2b) de la chambre d’infusion (1a, 1b), de sorte à ouvrir ou fermer la chambre d’infusion (1a, 1b) selon la position de l’orifice (5), la chambre d’infusion (1a, 1b) comprenant un élément d’étanchéité spécifique configuré pour assurer un contact étanche entre une zone périphérique de l’embouchure de la chambre d’infusion (1a, 1b) et une face inférieure (3) du plateau (4).
