Abstract

Dispositif hydraulique de motorisation d’une pompe à eau contenue dans un appareil de désherbage eau chaude régulant sa température uniquement en faisant appel à la vitesse de rotation de ladite pompe à eau, appareil de désherbage universel installé sur un véhicule agricole, caractérisé par :- un branchement hydraulique (a) sur le réseau hydraulique du porteur, par l’intermédiaire d’un flexible hydraulique (b) qui traverse une vanne hydraulique proportionnelle pilotée en « PWM » (c) et destinée à faire varier le débit d’huile entrant dans une motorisation hydraulique (d) contenue dans le dispositif,- un couplage mécanique (e) entre le moteur hydraulique (d) et la pompe à eau (f), à l’objet d’effectuer une vitesse de rotation régulée par le débit d’huile ; ces trois composants (e, d, f) étant liés, le débit d’huile qui entre dans le moteur (d) est ainsi lié au débit d’eau (i) qui sort de la pompe (f), ce qui indique que pour faire varier le débit d’eau (i) il s’agira de réguler le débit d’huile,- un asservissement proportionnel intégré dérivé(g) qui pilote la vanne hydraulique proportionnelle (c) par l’intermédiaire d’une commande intégrée (h) placée sur la dite vanne.Hydraulic device for motorizing a water pump contained in a hot water weeding device regulating its temperature only by using the speed of rotation of said water pump, universal weeding device installed on an agricultural vehicle, characterized by: - a hydraulic connection (a) to the carrier's hydraulic network, via a hydraulic hose (b) which passes through a proportional hydraulic valve controlled in "PWM" (c) and intended to vary the incoming oil flow in a hydraulic motor (d) contained in the device, - a mechanical coupling (e) between the hydraulic motor (d) and the water pump (f), with the object of carrying out a speed of rotation regulated by the flow oil; these three components (e, d, f) being linked, the flow of oil entering the engine (d) is thus linked to the flow of water (i) leaving the pump (f), which indicates that to vary the water flow (i) it will be a matter of regulating the oil flow, - a derivative integrated proportional servo-control (g) which controls the proportional hydraulic valve (c) via an integrated control (h) placed on said valve.
