Abstract
Une pompe à vide sèche comporte un stator (2) et deux rotors (5) reçus dans au moins une chambre de compression (3) du stator (2), les rotors (5) étant configurés pour tourner de façon synchronisée en sens inverse pour entrainer un gaz à pomper entre une aspiration et un refoulement de la pompe à vide. Les rotors (5) et la chambre de compression (3) du stator (2) sont revêtus d’un revêtement de nickel-phosphore (11) comprenant entre 9% et 14% de phosphore et présentant une épaisseur supérieure à 20μm, le revêtement de nickel-phosphore (11) ayant subi un traitement thermique de durcissement comprenant une étape de chauffage à une température de traitement supérieure à 250°C pendant une durée de traitement supérieure à une heure, pour présenter une dureté supérieure à 700HV.
