Abstract

Procédé de contrôle d’une tête (10) de dépôt de matière par laser, cette tête comportant une buse (12) comportant des cônes (14-18) coaxiaux définissant entre eux des passages pour un faisceau laser (20), une poudre métallique (22) destinée à être fondue par ce faisceau laser, et au moins un flux de gaz (24), le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : mesurer des valeurs de vitesse dudit flux de gaz dans au moins un plan perpendiculaire à l’axe des cônes, pour plusieurs points situés sur ce plan, de façon à établir une cartographie de cette vitesse dans ce plan, analyser la cartographie obtenue à l’étape a) et déterminer si la buse présente un défaut et en particulier un problème de bouchage partiel.
