Abstract

Installation (1) de traitement de déchets organiques solides comprenant un réacteur (2) tubulaire équipé d’une entrée (3) d’alimentation en produits à traiter, d’une sortie (4) d’évacuation des produits traités, et d’une sortie (5) d’évacuation de biogaz, et un châssis support dudit réacteur (2). Le réacteur est configuré pour former un réacteur incliné à pente descendante depuis l’entrée (3) d'alimentation en direction de la sortie (4) d’évacuation. Le réacteur (2) comprend un corps (6) tubulaire et un séparateur (7) liquide/solide s’étendant axialement à l’intérieur dudit corps (6), le séparateur (7) liquide/solide comprend un conduit (8) délimité par une paroi (9) latérale périphérique perforée, entourée par ledit corps (6) pour ménager, entre ladite paroi latérale périphérique perforée et le corps, un espace (10) de collecte de liquide, et le réacteur (2) comprend un orifice (11) d’entrée pouvant communiquer avec l’intérieur du conduit (8) du séparateur (7) liquide/solide et un orifice (12) de sortie en communication fluidique avec l’espace (10) de collecte de liquide, et relié à l’orifice (11) d’entrée par un circuit (13) de circulation forcée de fluide disposé au moins partiellement à l’extérieur du corps (6) du réacteur (2).
