Abstract

Coffre individuel multi températures interactif, pour la conservation d’articles chauds, frais, froids ou ambiants L’invention concerne un coffre multi températures (100) installé en un ou plusieurs exemplaires identiques sur une structure (200) en forme de portique, caractérisé en ce que dans le seul et même espace intérieur de ce seul et unique coffre la température dite température de conservation est réglable indépendamment et successivement selon au moins quatre niveaux, de manière à adapter ladite température de conservation aux divers articles à recevoir, soit température de l’environnement extérieur, +4°C/+8°C pour les produits frais tels que légumes, fruits, laitages etc. -18°C pour les produits surgelés et +35°C/+40°C pour les articles à consommer chauds tels que pain, pizza, viennoiserie ou plats préparés. Les niveaux de température de conservation sont obtenus par diverses techniques dont les éléments sont placés dans le coffre lui-même ou dans au moins une des colonnes (210) du portique (200). Pour les techniques recourant à un compresseur (280), celui-ci est placé sur la semelle (240) d’une colonne (210) du portique (200). Figure pour l’abrégé : Fig. 18
