Abstract
Procédé d’assemblage comprenant les étapes successives suivantes :a) Dépôt d’un matériau d’apport (30), de préférence, à base d’étain sur une pièce (10) en carbone, b) Chauffage jusqu’à une température d’étalement supérieure ou égale à 700°C et inférieure ou égale à 900°C, de manière à faire fondre le matériau d’apport (30) et l’étaler sur la pièce en carbone (10), c) Refroidissement de l’ensemble de manière à solidifier le matériau d’apport (30) sur la première pièce en carbone (10),d) mise en contact d’une deuxième pièce (20) métallique, à base de titane ou à base d’un alliage CrCo, avec le matériau d’apport (30) solidifié,e) Chauffage jusqu’à une température d’assemblage supérieure ou égale à 500°C et inférieure à ou égale à 720°C, de manière à faire fondre le matériau d’apport (30), f) Refroidissement de manière à former un joint de brasure entre la première pièce (10) et la deuxième pièce (20), et à assembler la première pièce (10) et la deuxième pièce (20).
