L'invention concerne un bloc-cylindres (12) de véhicule automobile équipé d'alésages (14) chacun délimités par une chemise (18), le bloc-cylindres (12) intégrant un circuit de refroidissement comportant une chambre d'eau (20) qui est agencée au contact d'un tronçon supérieur des chemises (18) qu'elle refroidit et qui est raccordée à un orifice (46) d'alimentation, caractérisé en ce que le bloc-cylindres (12) intègre au moins une conduite (58A, 58B, 58C) de transit de fluide caloporteur qui est destinée à être raccordée au circuit de refroidissement, la conduite (58A, 58B, 58C) de transit étant séparée de la chambre d'eau (20) sur toute sa longueur par une cloison (61A, 61B, 61C) du bloc-cylindres (12).
