Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d’un renfort fibreux pré-imprégné à partir d’un non-tissé thermoplastique et d’un renfort de fibres naturelles L’invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d’un renfort fibreux pré-imprégné (1) composé d’un renfort en fibres naturelles (2) imprégnées d’un polymère thermoplastique (3), comprenant les étapes suivantes : - on utilise une première bande (4) de renfort en fibres naturelles (2) et une deuxième bande (5) de non-tissé thermoplastique (3) avec une température de fusion TF ; - on dispose ladite première bande (4) et ladite deuxième bande (5) au contact l’une de l’autre ; - on achemine lesdites bandes (4,5) au niveau d’une première zone de chauffage (9) maintenue à une température T1 inférieure à TF ; - on achemine ensuite lesdites bandes (4, 5) au contact l’une de l’autre, au niveau d’une seconde zone de chauffage (11) maintenue à une température T2 supérieure TF ; - on presse ledit complexe (13) et on l’achemine au niveau d’une zone de refroidissement (15) pour obtenir finalement ledit renfort.
