Abstract
Dispositif pour agiter de manière centrifuge et anaérobique de la matière à pouvoir méthanogène afin de produire du biogaz. L’invention concerne un dispositif permettant d’agiter l’ensemble de la matière sans zone morte et en rotation par rapport au bâti fixe. Il est constitué d’une enveloppe (1) présentant un pignon amont(2) et aval(3) sur lequel tourne l’axe (12) et le tambour (11) solidaire entre eux. Le dispositif selon l’invention est particulièrement destiné à la méthanisation. L’agitation de la matière des digesteurs se fait :
- par un ou plusieurs arbres munis de pales avec une motorisation extérieure
- et/ou par immersion d’un agitateur immergé (mixer)
- et/ou par l’envoi de flux (gaz ou liquide) à l’aide de buses afin de créer un courant d’agitation.The agitation of the digester material is done:

- une enveloppe extérieure (1) étanche et calorifugée présentant un toit (4), un pignon amont (2), un pignon aval (3), un disque de rupture (5) et une coupole d’extraction du gaz (6);
- un tambour cylindrique (11) fixé sur un arbre, monté sur des piliers fixes et contenant des grilles permettant le mélange de la matière ;
- une couronne d’entraînement (8) dudit tambour (11) disposé sur le pignon amont (2) ;
- un axe de rotation creux ;
- des vannes (15) et des soupapes (16) disposées en enchainement sur la circonférence du tambour (11) de sorte à permettre le dégazage ;
- un palier amont (7) comportant l’entrée du flux disposé sur le pignon amont (2) ;
- un palier aval (9) comportant la sortie du flux disposé sur le pignon aval (3) ; et
- une porte de visite (10) disposée sur le pignon aval (3) ; ledit tambour (11) et ledit axe de rotation creux tournant solidairement entre eux sur lesdits pignon amont (2) et pignon aval (3) ;
