Échangeur thermique (1) de récupération de chaleur d’eaux usées, comportant une canalisation (6) d’eaux usées munie sur sa surface externe (11) de chenaux hélicoïdaux (12) tournant dans un premier sens de rotation (20) ; et une canalisation (7) de fluide caloporteur, entourant la canalisation (6) d’eaux usées, munie sur sa surface interne (10) de chenaux hélicoïdaux (14) tournant dans un deuxième sens de rotation, opposé au premier sens de rotation.
