Abstract

PROCEDE D’ASSEMBLAGE D’UNE BOÎTE COLLECTRICE POUR ECHANGEUR DE CHALEUR Procédé d’assemblage d’une boîte (1) collectrice d’un échangeur de chaleur, comprenant : un couvercle (2) se présentant sous la forme d’un profilé comprenant deux lobes (4) reliés entre eux par une portion centrale, une plaque (3) collectrice comprenant une zone centrale destinée à venir en contact avec la portion centrale, procédé dans lequel celui-ci comprend les étapes successives suivantes : une première étape dans laquelle le couvercle (2) est rapporté sur la plaque (3) collectrice de sorte que la portion centrale soit en contact avec la zone centrale, une deuxième étape dans laquelle la portion centrale est fixée à la zone centrale, une troisième étape dans laquelle le couvercle (2) et la plaque (3) collectrice sont assemblés par brasage.
