L'invention propose un boîtier (10) pour produit (P) cosmétique pulvérulent, comportant au moins un couvercle (12) et une base (14) qui sont montés mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre entre au moins une position fermée et une position ouverte du boîtier (10), dans lequel la base (14) comporte une cavité (30) destinée à recevoir ledit produit (P) cosmétique pulvérulent qui est fermée par un dispositif (60) d'ouverture-fermeture configuré pour délivrer sélectivement ledit produit (P) cosmétique pulvérulent, ledit dispositif (60) d'ouverture-fermeture comportant au moins des premiers moyens (62) d'ouverture-fermeture qui, comportant des premiers orifices (64) en communication avec la cavité (30), sont solidaires de la base (14), et des deuxièmes moyens (66) d'ouverture-fermeture qui, comportant des deuxièmes orifices (68), sont montés mobiles en rotation par rapport aux premiers moyens (62) entre au moins une position d'obturation et une position d'utilisation, caractérisé en ce que les premiers moyens (62) comportent au moins une première membrane (70) flexible et les deuxièmes moyens (66) comportent au moins une deuxième membrane (72) flexible.
