Abstract
L'invention concerne une pompe à vide de type sèche comportant : - au moins un dispositif d'étanchéité (6) aux lubrifiants interposé entre un carter d'huile (2) et un étage de pompage (3e) au niveau de chaque passage d'arbre, - un disque brasseur (13) monté solidaire en rotation sur un arbre (4) et destiné à être partiellement immergé dans le lubrifiant (10) du carter d'huile (2). La pompe à vide comporte en outre au moins une paroi de guidage (14) fixe, agencée dans le carter d'huile (2), dont une extrémité inférieure est destinée à être immergée dans le lubrifiant (10) et une extrémité supérieure s'étendant vers le haut du carter d'huile (2) est destinée à émerger du lubrifiant (10), la paroi de guidage (14) étant configurée pour coopérer avec le disque brasseur (13) pour entrainer une remontée du lubrifiant (10) le long de la paroi de guidage (14).The invention relates to a dry-type vacuum pump comprising: - at least one sealing device (6) to lubricants interposed between an oil sump (2) and a pumping stage (3e) at each passage d 'shaft, - a stirrer disc (13) mounted integral in rotation on a shaft (4) and intended to be partially immersed in the lubricant (10) of the oil pan (2). The vacuum pump further comprises at least one fixed guide wall (14), arranged in the oil pan (2), a lower end of which is intended to be immersed in the lubricant (10) and an upper end s' extending upwardly of the oil pan (2) is intended to emerge from the lubricant (10), the guide wall (14) being configured to cooperate with the stirring disc (13) to cause a rise of the lubricant (10) on along the guide wall (14).
