Le premier support (146) est capable de se déplacer en translation selon la direction de l'axe principal (110) par rapport au corps principal (112), le dispositif (102) comportant un premier moyen élastique exerçant un effort selon la direction de l'axe principal (110) tendant à éloigner le premier support (146) du corps principal (112), ledit dispositif (102) comportant un moyen de crabotage du disque de freinage (180) avec le corps principal (112).
