Abstract

Ancillaire de préparation fémorale (2) pour préparer une découpe dans une partie distale d'un fémur en vue de l'implantation d'une cage de postéro-stabilisation d'un composant fémoral d'une prothèse totale du genou postéro-stabilisée , cet ancillaire comprenant : - une paroi principale (20) munie d'une face interne conformée pour être appliquée contre un composant fémoral d'essai (3) ; - des moyens de fixation amovible solidaires de la paroi principale et conformés pour une fixation amovible de l'ancillaire sur le composant fémoral d'essai ; - une encoche de guidage (27) agencée pour guider un outil de coupe, ménagée de manière traversante dans la paroi principale et délimitée par deux surfaces sagittales (270) en parallèles et en vis-à-vis et par une surface transversale (271) reliant les deux surfaces sagittales entre elles et orthogonale et à ces deux surfaces sagittales.
