Abstract

La présente invention concerne un équipement médical pour une opération d'ostéotomie, incluant un dispositif écarteur (1) destiné à venir s'insérer dans une coupe osseuse (C) réalisée sur un os (B), de manière à écarter la coupe osseuse (C) et maintenir l'os (B) en position pendant l'opération, le dispositif écarteur (1) comprenant : deux branches (10) constituées chacune par une base (11) et une pointe (12) allongée jusqu'à une extrémité (13) opposée à la base (11) ; et un système actionneur (20) connecté aux bases (11) et expansible pour écarter les deux branches (10), avec un angle d'écartement (α1) réglable entre les pointes (12).
