La présente invention se rapporte à une composition cosmétique comprenant, dans un milieu cosmétiquement acceptable : a) une phase aqueuse, b) au moins un tensioactif amphotère choisi parmi les bétaines, ledit tensioactif amphotère de type bétaine étant présent en une quantité d'au moins 2.27% en poids par rapport au poids total de composition, et c) au moins un tensioactif anionique choisi parmi les alkyl sulfates, le ratio pondéral (tensioactif anionique choisi parmi les alkyl sulfates) : (tensioactif amphotère choisi parmi les bétaines) étant compris entre 3 et 4.9.
