Abstract

L'invention concerne un évaporateur (12) d'une boucle fluide de refroidissement d'un composant dissipatif (17) comprenant : un substrat (21) thermiquement conducteur en contact avec ledit composant dissipatif ; une structure capillaire (22) formant une interface de vaporisation, entre un canal de circulation d'un liquide réfrigérant et un canal vapeur (15), caractérisé en ce que ledit canal de circulation de liquide comprend au moins un distributeur (31, 32) de liquide configuré pour pouvoir alimenter localement une surface de distribution (22a) de la structure capillaire, de sorte que le liquide puisse être amené par pompage capillaire au contact dudit substrat en formant une couche de liquide qui s'étend sur ledit substrat, et en ce que ledit canal vapeur est alimenté en vapeur, par l'intermédiaire d'une surface active (22b) de la structure capillaire, adjacente et coplanaire à ladite surface de distribution.
