Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'avertissement d'un conducteur de véhicule (10), le véhicule (10) comprenant un dispositif d'affichage (46) pour lequel un champ de vision est défini, le procédé comprenant une étape de : - détection d'au moins un obstacle (32) ; - sélection des obstacles (32) pertinents, un obstacle (32) étant pertinent si un temps à la collision entre le véhicule (10) et l'obstacle (32) est inférieur à un seuil de temps et si une probabilité de collision entre le véhicule et l'obstacle est supérieure à un seuil de probabilité; - détermination de l'appartenance de l'obstacle (32) pertinent au champ de vision ; - affichage d'un avertissement spécifique lorsque l'obstacle (32) pertinent est hors du champ de vision, l'avertissement étant distinct d'un avertissement pour un obstacle (32) pertinent situé dans le champ de vision.
