L'invention concerne un procédé de réglage d'un siège (1) d'un véhicule automobile, comprenant les étapes suivantes : - /S1 / acquisition d'au moins une donnée associée à un article d'habillement porté par un utilisateur, - /S2/ détermination d'une position de réglage du siège (1) en fonction de la donnée associée à l'article d'habillement précédemment acquise, et - /S3/ commande du déplacement du siège (1) dans la position de réglage déterminée.
