Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de décharge d'une pression de carburant dans une rampe commune d'injection de carburant d'un moteur thermique alimentée en carburant et étant étanche par rapport à un retour du carburant de la rampe vers le réservoir. Quand la pression de carburant réelle dans la rampe commune est supérieure d'un seuil de pression calibrable prédéterminé à la pression de consigne et qu'une demande d'au moins une injection principale théorique d'une quantité théorique prédéterminée de carburant est émise, l'injection principale théorique est divisée en au moins deux injections principales fractionnées (INJ1, INJ2) avec des quantités fractionnées de carburant respectives dont la somme est fonction de la quantité théorique de carburant afin d'étaler dans le temps l'injection principale ainsi divisée pour correspondre sensiblement au temps d'injection principale théorique.
