Abstract
The present invention relates to a connected bed allowing the detection of anomalies. The bed includes means performing an assessment of the patient's condition concerning BMI, weight, heart rate, blood glucose, enuresis ... These means are integrated into the patient's mattress and connected to a box. In case of detection, the system issues an alert to different parties.
Description
The invention relates to the field of E-Health. It is the linking of biomedical sensors for a connected bed.
The sensors are intelligent to allow the detection of alert profiles for fragile audiences in MAD / HAD.
It is indeed a question of collecting a certain number of medical data at the level of the patient's bed which will be processed and interpreted according to alert thresholds detecting an environment favorable to the occurrence of a complication, a loss of autonomy. or a pathology following care, which would require special attention from the medical staff accompanying the patient. It’s the setting up of a connected bed and a web and mobile application. This device allows health professionals and other stakeholders to know the state of a bedridden or said fragile patient. These are various sensors that will be integrated into a patient's mattress and these sensors will allow transmissions of different constants (body temperature, heart rate, cyclic movement of breathing, blood sugar, enuresis, body mass index) to see in graph form l evolution of the different constants of alerting a loved one of the patient, access for different types of users (parent, doctor, nurse, nursing assistant, paramedic etc.) Reassures the patient who knows he is protected · presence of the patient on the bed alert in case of prolonged absence (Geolocation). Environmental control (beaconing: lighting control ON when leaving the bed, lighting OFF when returning) · Improves security and reduces the number of false alarms. · Sensitivity adjustable by switches, allowing to be adapted to the user. Discreet, the sensors are placed under the mattress and minimize interference with the user
It is a very sensitive alarm system that automatically detects anomalies. It is placed on the patient's mattress and is connected to a control unit. In case of detection, the box emits a signal.
The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the field of E-Health.
