Abstract
L'invention concerne un système d'ancrage pour suspente de plafond entre ourdi polystyrène et poutrelle béton. Celui-ci est composé d'une seule pièce (1) possédant dans sa partie supérieure un bec métallique (2) angulé et de l'autre côté un bossage (3) permettant la compression de la suspente.The invention relates to an anchoring system for ceiling suspension between polystyrene and polystyrene concrete beam. Description
La présente invention a pour objet un système d’ancrage pour les suspentes utilisées dans le domaine du bâtiment où il y a l’association de ourdis en polystyrène reposant sur des poutrelles béton. Ce système laisse libre le choix de la prolongation de la suspente qui sera adaptée à l’ossature métallique, ou autre, utilisé.The present invention relates to an anchoring system for the hangers used in the building sector where there is the association of polystyrene warps resting on concrete beams. On connaît, dans le cas présent, l’utilisation des suspentes traditionnelles qui ne sont pas du tout adaptées à l’association polystyrène-poutrelles béton. En effet l’installation de suspentes traditionnelles oblige à découper le polystyrène afin de positionner une suspente qui, dans tous les cas, sera bloquée contre le talon de la poutrelle béton par un système vissant qui, avec les vibrations, aura tendance à se dévisser dans le temps. La présente invention est caractérisée en ce que le système se résume en une seule pièce ayant l’apparence d’une lame possédant à une extrémité un petit rabat angulé de façon aigue facilitant la pénétration de la suspente entre le polystyrène et le talon de la poutrelle béton. La face opposée à ce petit rabat est dotée d’un bossage suffisamment conséquent afin d’être repoussé par le polystyrène, qui est naturellement élastique, contre le talon de la poutrelle béton et ainsi obliger en bout de course de plaquer la suspente et crocheter la partie supérieure du talon de la poutrelle béton par le rabat angulé et obtenant ainsi un ancrage définitif de par la pression du polystyrène.We know, in this case, the use of traditional lines which are not at all suitable for the combination of polystyrene and concrete beams.
