Abstract
La présente invention concerne de manière générale le domaine des celluloses, notamment de nanocelluloses, et plus particulièrement des procédés pour la fabrication de fibres de celluloses et de défibrillation de substrats cellulosiques. Tout particulièrement, l'invention concerne des procédés de défibrillation de substrats cellulosiques et de fabrication de celluloses, en particulier de nanocelluloses (NC), utilisant une nouvelle famille de Lytic polysaccharide monooxygenases (LPMO) fongiques.
