L'invention porte sur un bloc rampe (50) et sur une rampe d'accès (1) pour véhicule militaire comportant au moins une charnière horizontale permettant de faire pivoter la rampe - (1) d'une position fermée obturant une ouverture du véhicule à une position ouverte permettant l'accès au véhicule au moyen d'au moins une marche située sur une face interne de la rampe (1) en position fermée et formant un escalier, rampe (1) caractérisée en ce que la marche (3) comporte au moins une contremarche comportant au moins un moyen d'observation et/ou au moins un moyen d'accès à l'environnement externe du véhicule.
