Abstract

Procédé de formation d'un revêtement élastique sur un support en silicone, comprenant (a) le traitement d'au moins une zone de la surface d'une pièce en silicone de manière à augmenter l'énergie de surface de la zone traitée à une valeur supérieure à 30 mJ/m2, de préférence supérieure à 35 mJ/m2, (b) le dépôt sur au moins une partie de la zone traitée d'une composition de revêtement comprenant : (i) un latex d'un polymère organique filmogène portant des fonctions à hydrogène actif, (ii) une dispersion aqueuse d'un polyorganosiloxane de très haut poids moléculaire, et (iii) un agent de réticulation choisi parmi les polyisocyanates, (c) le chauffage ou l'irradiation de la couche de composition de revêtement de manière à faire réagir l'agent de réticulation (iii) avec les fonctions à hydrogène actif du polymère organique filmogène (i) et de former ainsi un revêtement élastique, les composants (i), (ii) et (iii) et leur proportions respectives étant choisis de manière à ce que le support muni du revêtement puisse être allongé d'au moins 80 à au moins 400 % sans apparition de fissures dans le revêtement.
