Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de soudage à faible distorsion comportant : un chariot de support (2) mobile destiné à être déplacé selon une trajectoire d'avance par rapport à deux pièces métalliques à assembler et portant : une torche de soudage (3) pour réaliser un cordon de soudure entre les deux pièces métalliques, un applicateur de refroidissement (8) agencé derrière la torche de soudage par rapport à la trajectoire d'avance pour refroidir le cordon de soudure par contact avec une surface extérieure du cordon de soudure, l'applicateur de refroidissement étant constitué d'un coussin de fibres minérales, et une tête de distribution (15) agencée pour distribuer un liquide de refroidissement sur l'applicateur de refroidissement (8) pour imbiber le coussin de fibres minérales avec le liquide de refroidissement.
