Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé d'éclairage et de communication d'informations dans un parking pour véhicules automobiles, ces informations comprenant des données d'occupation/ vacance de places dans le parking à communiquer à un conducteur d'un véhicule et optionnellement son guidage vers au moins une dite place vacante. Selon l'invention, ce système comprend : - une unité d'éclairage et de détection comprenant des dispositifs (11) d'éclairage, de détection et de signalisation qui sont aptes à éclairer au moins une place en étant connectés entre eux pour former un réseau (12) et qui incorporent chacun au moins un module apte à acquérir et à signaler les données pour ladite au moins une place, - une unité de contrôle (13) connectée de manière bidirectionnelle par le réseau aux dispositifs et apte à interroger les modules pour recevoir les données acquises, et - une unité de commande (14 ou 15), apte à recevoir, d'un terminal du conducteur dans le véhicule ou d'un serveur distant d'enregistrement, une requête d'interrogation des modules, et à la transmettre une fois reconnue à l'unité de contrôle qui communique avec le terminal, lequel communique au conducteur ces informations en rapport avec la requête.
