Abstract
La présente invention concerne un microorganisme fongique modifié génétiquement pour la production de frambinone, ledit microorganisme présentant les caractéristiques suivantes : - la capacité à produire de la frambinone à partir de tyrosine ; et - une capacité faible ou une incapacité à dégrader la tyrosine en tyrosol, en p-hydroxyphényl acétaldéhyde et/ou en p-hydroxyphényl acétate, et son utilisation pour la production de frambinone.
