Abstract

Cette installation est un flottateur à air dissous dont le fonctionnement sur le plan hydraulique est basé sur le principe d'annulation des vitesses. L'installation comprend : • une cuve cylindrique (33), dont la paroi latérale est munie d'un rebord supérieur ; • un dispositif d'alimentation de la cuve (33) en eaux usées à traiter ; • un dispositif de collecte et d'évacuation de l'eau clarifiée résultant de la flottation par air dissous ; • un dispositif de collecte des boues flottées, présentes à la surface du liquide contenu dans la cuve (33) en suite de la flottation par air dissous, • un chariot mobile en rotation, reposant au niveau d'une zone centrale de la cuve (33) et sur le bord supérieur de la paroi latérale de ladite cuve, portant le dispositif d'alimentation de la cuve en eaux usées à traiter, le dispositif de collecte de l'eau clarifiée et le dispositif de collecte des boues flottées. Le dispositif d'alimentation en eaux à traiter comprend une extension s'étendant depuis le centre de la cuve (33) en direction de la périphérie de cette dernière et sous le niveau supérieur du liquide contenu dans ladite cuve (33).
