Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de diagnostic d'une vanne de recirculation (51) qui équipe une ligne de recirculation (50) de gaz brûlés d'un moteur à combustion interne (1) et qui comporte une partie mobile pour réguler le débit de gaz brûlés circulant dans cette ligne de recirculation. Selon l'invention, le procédé de diagnostic comporte des étapes de : - détermination d'une première valeur d'un couple délivré par le moteur, - modification de la position de la vanne de recirculation, - détermination d'une seconde valeur dudit couple, - comparaison des deux valeurs déterminées et déduction d'un diagnostic de la vanne de recirculation.The invention relates to a method for diagnosing a recirculation valve (51) which is fitted to a recirculation line (50) of burnt gases from an internal combustion engine (1) and which comprises a movable part for regulating the flow of burnt gases circulating in this recirculation line.
