Abstract

La présente invention concerne un pare-brise d'aéronef permettant d'améliorer la perception par les pilote et copilote du monde extérieur. Le pare-brise comporte un panneau (22) transparent maintenu à l'intérieur d'une structure (58) de l'aéronef dont la partie (68) supérieure et la partie (70) inférieure sont pontées pour dévier au moins partiellement les efforts appliqués sur ledit panneau (22). Du fait de dévier une partie des charges qui reposent sur le panneau, il est possible de prévoir un panneau de dimension plus grande et d'offrir ainsi une meilleure visibilité sur l'extérieur.
