Ensemble de mesure (1) de déplacement d'un organe tournant (2) autour d'un axe longitudinal (X) incliné par rapport à une direction verticale de gravité (Z), comprenant un codeur (3) avec un élément codant (7), un capteur (4) avec un élément sensible (8) pour délivrer un signal de mesure fonction d'un déplacement de l'élément codant (7). L'un, parmi le codeur (3) et le capteur (4), est monté de façon fixe et solidaire en rotation sur l'organe tournant (2). L'ensemble de mesure comporte des moyens de liaison (5) à l'organe tournant, l'autre, parmi le codeur (3) et le capteur (4), étant monté sur l'organe tournant (2) par l'intermédiaire des moyens de liaison (5) de sorte à être libre de pivoter autour de l'axe longitudinal (X). Ce pivotement autour de l'axe longitudinal (X) est limité par un écartement de l'axe longitudinal (X) d'un centre de gravité (C) de l'ensemble de mesure (1).
