Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de transformation d'une charge choisie parmi les sucres ou les sucres alcools, seuls ou en mélange, en composés mono- ou polyoxygénés, dans lequel la charge est mise en contact avec au moins un catalyseur hétérogène comprenant un support choisi parmi les pérovskites de formule ABO3 dans laquelle A est choisi parmi les éléments Mg, Ca, Sr et Ba, et B est choisi parmi les éléments Fe, Mn, Ti et Zr, et les oxydes des éléments choisis parmi le lanthane, le néodyme, l'yttrium, le cérium, seuls ou en mélange, lesdits oxydes pouvant être dopés par au moins un élément choisi parmi les métaux alcalins, les alcalino-terreux et les terres rares, sous atmosphère réductrice, et à une température comprise entre 100°C et 300°C, et à une pression comprise entre 0,1 MPa et 50 MPa.
