Abstract

L'invention concerne un coupe-cors (1) composé de trois parties, un corps (10), une lame de coupe (4) et une plaque (20) de maintient de la lame. Le coupe-cors a un angle de coupe et une épaisseur de semelle variable. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, le coupe cors (1) est constitué d'une semelle cintrée concave (12) d'un diamètre inférieur au diamètre du cintrage convexe du support de lame (13) qui confère une épaisseur variable de paroi donnant une coupe progressive à la lame de son milieu à ses bords. Le support de lame (13) est conçu en angle par rapport à la semelle (12) pour obtenir un angle de coupe à la lame, et des ergots (111,111") sont prévus pour positionner cette dite lame (4) qui est maintenu par une plaque (20) adaptée et ayant des moyens coopérants d'appuis et de fixation (100, 200, 300) (120, 220, 320). La semelle comprend une portion de semelle (12') qui remonte par rapport au plan de base pour être parallèle au support de lame (13) de cintrage convexe et à son opposée un dégagement est prévue pour le passage de la lame de coupe (4) et l'éjection des peaux coupées, tout en étant suffisamment étroite pour maintenir la peau à couper.
