Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de tailler les poils humains, à une longueur définie, sans source extérieure d'approvisionnement d'énergie. Il comporte une tête (7), solidaire d'un manche (1), munie d'un peigne inférieur (2) et d'un peigne supérieur (3) dont l'épaisseur permet de définir la hauteur de coupe. Ces peignes comportent également des dents (8) qui vont guider les poils vers la lame amovible (5), laquelle se trouve enserrée entre les peignes et dont la fonction est d'assurer la coupe, sans contact direct avec l'épiderme. Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné aux soins esthétiques liés à l'entretien de la pilosité corporelle et plus spécifiquement à celui d'une barbe plus ou moins courte, telle que celle dite « barbe de 3 jours ».The invention relates to a device for cutting human hair, at a defined length, without external source of energy supply. Il comporte en effet, selon une première caractéristique, une tête munie d'un peigne supérieur dont l'épaisseur permet de définir la hauteur de coupe. Ce peigne comporte également des dents qui vont guider les poils vers la lame amovible dont la fonction est d'assurer la coupe, sans contact direct avec l'épiderme. Cette lame amovible est fixe, enserrée entre le peigne supérieur et le peigne inférieur par une molette et immobilisée par une came elle-même fixée sous le peigne supérieur. L'ensemble ainsi constitué forme la tête, laquelle est rattachée à un manche fonctionnel. Ainsi constitué, le dispositif, par son ergonomie universelle, permet de tailler les poils humains, en agissant par gestes répétés, dans tous les sens, c'est à dire : à rebrousse poils, dans le sens de la pousse des poils, et en suivant une trajectoire horizontale puis verticale. La figure 1/3 représente le dispositif de l'invention. Elle est ensuite bloquée entre les deux peignes par un système de molette (4) agissant sur la came (6). Dans la forme de réalisation selon la figure 2/3, le manche (1) est surmonté d'une tête fixe (7), celle-ci est munie d'un peigne supérieur (3) et d'un peigne inférieur (2) où vient s'insérer la lame amovible (5) pourvue d'une encoche (9) spécifique qui épouse parfaitement la forme de la came (6). Une molette (4) assure le serrage de l'ensemble des composants de la tête (7). La lame amovible (5) se positionne en butée sur la came (6) en s'insérant entre le peigne supérieur (3) et le peigne inférieur (2), ce qui assure une optimisation du positionnement et une parfaite immobilité de la lame (5). Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné aux soins esthétiques liés à l'entretien de la pilosité corporelle et plus spécifiquement à celui d'une barbe plus ou moins courte, telle que la celle dite « barbe de 3 jours », au même titre que les tondeuses électriques présentes actuellement dans le commerce.Figure 3/3 shows, in section, the device of the invention.
