Abstract

1 . Dispositif de distribution de gaz comprenant : - un diffuseur de gaz, - un obturateur (10) agencé pour être accouplé dans une première position au diffuseur de gaz (20) pour définir une enceinte de gaz (30) et pour obturer au moins une première partie de ladite surface de diffusion caractérisé : en ce que l'obturateur (10) est mobile pour aller de la première position vers une deuxième position dans laquelle l'obturateur (10) laisse libre ladite surface de diffusion, et en ce que l'obturateur (10) est agencé pour être poussé de la première position vers la deuxième position par du gaz de l'enceinte de gaz (30).
