Abstract

L'invention concerne un mécanisme à came permettant d'éliminer toute manipulation manuelle de l'étrier d'une sauterelle à étrier. Il est constitué d'un levier de came (1) solidaire de l'axe de rotation (2) de l'étrier (3) qui coulisse dans la fente d'une came (4) solidaire du socle (5) de la sauterelle. Lors de la manœuvre de la sauterelle, le mécanisme à came contrôle le déplacement de l'étrier (3). Le profil de la came (4) est déterminé pour que la barre d'extrémité (6) de l'étrier (3) libère la patte d'accrochage (7) et s'en écarte d'une distance (D) en décrivant la trajectoire (T). Le mécanisme selon l'invention est particulièrement adapté aux sauterelles à étrier actionnées par un vérin pneumatique, hydraulique ou électromécanique et permet donc l'utilisation des sauterelles à étrier dans les processus automatisés.
