Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à la fabrication d'une pièce d'habillage de véhicule avec un outillage de moulage par injection, l'outillage de moulage par injection présentant une moitié d'outillage supérieure (100) et une moitié d'outillage inférieure (102), le procédé comprenant : - la mise en place d'une nappe (108), respectivement dans la moitié d'outillage supérieure (100) et dans la moitié d'outillage inférieure (102), les nappes présentant chacune des fibres (300) tissées , les fibres (300) s'étendant dans la nappe (108) avec des ondulations ou sous forme de zigzags, - la fermeture de la moitié d'outillage supérieure (100) et de la moitié d'outillage inférieure (102), un espace creux (202) étant généré entre les deux nappes dans l'état fermé des moitiés d'outillage, - l'injection d'un matériau de moulage par injection (200) dans l'espace creux (202) pour l'obtention d'un matériau composite, le matériau composite comprenant les deux nappes et le matériau de moulage par injection (200) se trouvant entre elles, - le démoulage du matériau composite.
