L'invention porte principalement sur un stator (15) comportant un corps (16) formé par un paquet de feuilles de tôle empilées muni d'une culasse (26) et de dents (25) arrangées sur une périphérie interne de ladite culasse (26), lesdites dents (25) délimitant deux à deux des encoches (28), le stator (15) présentant un diamètre externe correspondant à un diamètre de la périphérie externe de la culasse (26), caractérisé en ce qu'un ratio entre une épaisseur (L9) de la culasse (26) et un diamètre externe (L10) du stator (15) est compris entre 2.5% et 15%.
