Claims (12)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Renfort fibreux pour la réalisation d'une pièce mécanique allongée (10) en matériau composite comprenant à une extrémité au moins une chape (14) destinée à recevoir un axe pour réaliser une liaison pivot avec une autre pièce, le renfort fibreux étant réalisé à partir : d'une structure fibreuse centrale (106 ; 106') destinée à former une âme qui est obtenue par tissage tridimensionnel ; d'une structure fibreuse périphérique (16 ; 16') destinée à 10 former une ceinture qui entoure la structure centrale de manière à ménager au niveau de la chape de la pièce d'au moins un espace cylindrique libre ; et d'au moins une structure fibreuse annulaire (112 ; 112' ; 112") destinée à former une bague qui est formée à l'intérieur de l'espace libre 15 ménagé entre la structure centrale et la structure périphérique.
- 2. Renfort fibreux selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la structure annulaire (112) forme une seule et même structure avec la structure centrale (106). 20
- 3. Renfort fibreux selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la structure annulaire (112") forme une seule et même structure avec la structure périphérique (16'). 25

Renfort fibreux selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la structure périphérique et la structure annulaire est obtenue par tissage tridimensionnel d'une ébauche fibreuse (200) en une seule pièce avec : une partie principale (202) ayant une forme de bande s'étendant selon une direction correspondant à la direction longitudinale 30 de l'âme à fabriquer, et deux parties secondaires (208) chacune liée à la partie principale par une zone de déliaison (210) pour former deux languettes longitudinales destinées à venir se rabattre l'une vers l'autre pour former une bague. 35 301 7 8 1 9 12
- 5. Renfort fibreux selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les deux languettes de l'ébauche fibreuse présentent chacune une partie tronquée dans le sens longitudinal de façon à permettre un recouvrement entre les languettes lorsqu'elles sont rabattues l'une vers l'autre. 5

Renfort fibreux selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5, dans lequel l'ébauche fibreuse de la structure périphérique et de la structure annulaire comprend une pluralité de couches de fils de chaîne s'étendant dans le sens de la longueur de la bande et des languettes et liées entre elles par des fils de trame.
- 7. Renfort fibreux selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la structure annulaire (112') forme une structure distincte de la structure centrale (106') et de la structure périphérique (16).
- 8. Renfort fibreux selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la structure annulaire est obtenue par tissage tridimensionnel d'une ébauche fibreuse sous forme d'une bande qui est destinée à être enroulée pour former une bague.
- 9. Renfort fibreuse selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'ébauche fibreuse de la structure annulaire comprend une pluralité de couches de fils de chaîne s'étendant dans le sens de la longueur de la bande et liées entre elles par des fils de trame.
- 10. Renfort fibreux selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la structure annulaire est obtenue par tressage.
- 11. Pièce mécanique allongée en matériau composite 30 comprenant un renfort fibreux selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 densifié par une matrice.
- 12. Pièce mécanique selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce qu'elle constitue un levier (4a, 4b) d'une contrefiche (2) pour train 35 d'atterrissage. 20 25
