Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'ancrage de structure souple, dénommé ralingue. La ralingue est un dispositif bien connu en marine. Il s'agit historiquement d'un cordage cousu en bordure d'une voile ou sur un filet, destiné à les renforcer. Par analogie, on appellera ralingue un élément en surépaisseur fixé en lisière d'une structure souple pour faciliter sa préhension, son maintien, ou sa fixation, tout en la renforçant. Dans le cadre de la présente invention, il sera essentiellement question de la fixation, qu'on appellera alors ancrage. La démarche consistera à optimiser la forme de la ralingue afin de permettre une bonne distribution et une totale reprise des efforts transmis par la structure souple sur son ancrage.The present invention relates to a device for anchoring flexible structure, called headline. Nous considérerons une structure souple (1), qui pourra être constituée d'un textile, éventuellement enduit d'élastomère ou de plastomère, ou d'un tissage ou maillage textile ou métallique. Nous considérerons que cette structure souple sera soumise à des efforts de traction qui devront être transmis à un dispositif d'ancrage (2), afin d'assurer la fixation de la dite structure. Le dispositif d'ancrage sera constitué essentiellement de la ralingue. Dans le cadre de la présente invention, la ralingue (3) consiste, plus spécifiquement, en un profil formant bourrelet, qu'on appellera âme (4), prisonnier dans un ourlet (5), (Figure 1), qui sera inséré dans un profilé receveur (6), ou pincé par un dispositif faisant office de receveur. La lisière, et plus particulièrement l'âme, viendront buter sur les parties adéquates du receveur , lorsque la structure souple (1) sera soumise à une tension T, et le dispositif (2) assurera alors l'ancrage de la dite structure. Il s'en suivra des contraintes d'arrachement ou de pelage sur l'ourlet (5), et des déformations, par écrasement, difficilement maîtrisables, de l'âme (4), si elle est souple, ou de l'ourlet, dans le cas contraire. La présente invention a pour but de pallier ces inconvénients. Afin d'offrir une répartition homogène et optimale des efforts résultant du « butonnage » de l'ourlet (5) garni de son âme (4), sur le profilé receveur (6), l'âme présentera une surface d'appui prismatique formée principalement de deux surfaces sensiblement planes (8) formant un angle dièdre correspondant à celui des surfaces de contact (9) du profilé receveur. (Figure 4). On reconstituera ainsi une particularité, bien connue en mécanique, du « coin », utilisé comme système de blocage linéaire , tout comme le cône morse pour un emmanchement conique. Selon un aspect avantageux de l'invention, le profilé receveur sera constitué d'au moins deux parties indépendantes dont le démontage facilitera la mise en place, et qui pourront être ajustées et liaisonnées par un système mécanique simple, par vissage par exemple. (Figure 5). Selon un aspect avantageux de l'invention, la cavité interne (10) du profilé receveur présentera une section légèrement plus grande que celle de la ralingue (3), afin de faciliter la mise en place , et en permettant une déformation de celle-ci lors de la mise en charge. Selon un aspect avantageux de l'invention, l'âme sera constituée d'un profilé élastomère obtenu par extrusion. Selon un autre aspect de l'invention, l'âme pourra être reconstituée a posteriori, par remplissage de la cavité de l'ourlet par un produit plus ou moins fluide , mais durcissant, du type résine, ou pouvant se polymériser pour former une mousse de polymère ou élastomère. Ce produit, après changement d'état, prendra une forme propre et la conservera à la déformation près, et occupera l'espace disponible dans la cavité interne (10) du profilé receveur, en épousant les formes des surfaces de contact (8) du profilé receveur .Predictably, during the tensioning of the flexible structure (1), there will occur a deformation of the headline, with opening of the hem, at the "mouth" (7) of the receiver profile.
