Description

Les formes arrondies (9) du corps (1), facilitent la pénétration du dispositif dans la 20 gaine électrique (10).The present invention relates to a device for pulling multiconductor electric cables in standard and empty electric tubes, of the ICTA type. The passage of these electrical cables in the tubes is traditionally done in two operations: - the first operation is to strip the cable so as to make a loop with the copper son contained in the cables, in order to bind the electric cable and needle pulls son. - The second operation aims to connect this loop securely, with the steel or nylon thread already contained in the manufactured electrical tubes, that electricians call "pulling needle", or to connect this loop with their own needle. draw, much stronger than the one already contained in the electric tubes. The mechanical connection being made, the draft can be made. This draw technique widely used has the following drawbacks: - the stripping of the cable and the preparation of the loops waste the user's time, - the assemblies are larger and take up more space in the electrical tube, which does not facilitate not the draw, especially in the elbows. the bonds are insulated with adhesive tape, which generates a small cost at each assembly, the adhesive tape, slips badly then rubs against the walls of the electrical sheath and can be discarded during pulling in the tube; the connection of this connection, needle cable, can break, if a greater traction to the mechanical strength of this set this product, The device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. It comprises according to a first characteristic, an oblong plastic body, in which is molded a screw. This device can be screwed directly into the electric cable as if this cable was an ankle. A ressorisée pull cable, placed in the body of the device, is extractable. It has a thread at its end and can be screwed directly into the threaded end of the threaded needle that the electricians have. After drawing, simply unscrew the cable, then the body, -2 for extraction. The device can be adapted to the diameter of the cables, without exceeding them, since they can be made in several copies having different diameters. According to particular embodiments: - The cable can withdraw from the device body by simply unscrewing, so that the device can be pushed into the electric tubes without the help of pulling needle. The attached drawings illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents the unassembled device according to the invention, FIG. 2 represents the device assembled on the electric cable according to the invention. Referring to these drawings, the device comprises a body (1 ), in which is housed a screw (2), by the overmolding technique. The hexagonal imprints (3), located on the body (1), facilitate the grip of the device for its screwing and unscrewing on the electric cable (4). The housing (5) can also be used to screw the device with the end for example of a screwdriver, to handle in circular rotation around the electric cable (4). The cable (6), housed in the body (1), is hooked by screwing, thanks to the threaded end (7), the pulling needle son (8), commonly used by electricians. The rounded shapes (9) of the body (1) facilitate the penetration of the device into the electrical sheath (10).
