Abstract

Procédé de remplissage en fluide diphasique d'un dispositif de contrôle thermique pour module de batterie de véhicule automobile, ledit dispositif de contrôle thermique un faisceau de caloducs (5) comportant une cavité interne destinée à recevoir ledit fluide et étant, avant remplissage, en communication avec l'extérieur au moyen d'au moins un orifice de remplissage (31) obturable, ledit procédé comprenant : - une étape de remplissage de ladite cavité interne par ledit fluide en phase liquide jusqu'à une quantité supérieure à une valeur prédéfinie, - une étape d'obturation dudit orifice de remplissage afin de rendre étanche ladite cavité ainsi remplie, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre préalablement à l'étape d'obturation : - une étape de chauffage du caloduc portant ledit fluide à ébullition, - une réduction par évaporation de la masse de fluide jusqu'à l'obtention de la valeur prédéfinie.
