Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The starting process of a combustion engine is a succession of events that starts with the activation of the starter until a stabilized engine speed. There are two main phases in this startup process. A first phase is the starting phase which corresponds to the ramp up from the speed given by the starter to the idle speed. The second phase is the post-departure phase, which extends for about 30 seconds after the start phase. During this phase, the temperature of the parts of the combustion chamber evolves very rapidly. During the start phase, once the engine is synchronized, that is to say once the computer has identified the top dead center of combustion of the cylinder on which the injection must be performed, and once the pressure in the injection rail is reached, a quantity of fuel is injected into the chamber to create the combustion. The amount that is injected must be correctly sized to ensure a richness that allows the combustion of an air / fuel mixture with a typical richness between 0.8 and 1. [0004] The current injection systems are based on the control of the fuel. injector in control time, by an electrical pulse across the injector. The quantity injected into the engine depends on many parameters including the pressure upstream of the injector and the control time of the injector. The calculator has a conversion table expressing the quantity injected as a function of the control time of the injector and the pressure in the rail in the case of a direct injection engine. This table is established under different operating conditions, especially cold, that is to say at cold coolant temperature, and hot, that is to say at hot coolant temperature, but always when the temperature of the injector is stabilized. At the beginning of a start phase, the temperature of the injector can take very variable values. Thus, the average temperature of the complete part can range from 30 ° C. below zero up to the maximum attainable temperature of the coolant, depending on the conditions of use of the engine, and in particular according to whether the departure takes place after a more or less long stabilization of the engine. During the start phase, the injector is subjected to very strong thermomechanical stresses given the injection pressures applied. So that when it is requested to inject, the temperature of the debiting part of the injector evolves very quickly. As a result, the actual quantity injected for a given control time and for a given pressure does not correspond to the values of the table cited above. Under these conditions, it is necessary to adapt the quantity injected for each thermal condition situation and for each type of starter injector, which is very expensive in terms of tests and validations. There is shown in Figure 1 a control law of known type. In this figure, there is distinguished under the reference 1 an implementation module of a basic map determining a basic value of fuel quantity 2 to be injected as a function of a value of 3 coolant temperature and a value 4 of engine speed. A correction module 5 implements correction mapping producing a correction value 6 from the coolant temperature value 3, the engine speed value 4, and from a value of the atmospheric pressure. 7 and a value of the air temperature 8. The basic value of fuel quantity 2, once corrected by the correction value 6, provides a set value of fuel quantity to be injected 9 which is then set implemented by the injector. Such a control law therefore requires to recalibrate each new engine flows injected in the start phase because they vary from one engine to another which is very expensive in terms of testing and validation. The object of the invention is to provide an injector control law that is simpler to develop and implement. This object is achieved according to the invention with a motor vehicle combustion engine comprising a fuel injection control module, the module being configured to determine a quantity of fuel to be injected by implementing a law of injection control dependent on at least one operating condition parameter of the engine, such that the control law is expressed in the form of a reference control law of injection of a quantity of fuel used in a real reference engine and different from said engine comprising said control module and a correction function applied to the reference control law. Advantageously, the correction function depends on a value of combustion richness present in the engine at said operating conditions of the engine. Advantageously, the engine comprises a lambda probe and the combustion wealth value is provided by the lambda probe. Advantageously, the correction function depends on a value indicative of a ratio between a quantity of fuel actually injected into the engine to said at least one operating condition parameter of the engine and a fuel quantity control value. injecting into the engine at least one operating condition parameter of the engine. Advantageously, the indicative value of the ratio between the amount of fuel actually injected into the engine at least one engine operating condition parameter and the fuel quantity control value to be injected into the engine at least one parameter auditing Engine operating condition is determined using wealth measurements made in the engine. Advantageously, the correction function depends on a ratio between a quantity of fuel actually injected into the reference engine to said at least one operating condition parameter of the engine and a control value of the quantity of fuel to be injected into the engine. reference engine to said at least one engine operating condition parameter. Advantageously, said at least one operating condition parameter of the engine comprises an engine coolant temperature value, and / or the engine stopping time and / or the engine speed and / or the engine speed. injected fuel. Advantageously, the control module is configured to implement the injection control law during an initial engine start phase taking place before the engine reaches a steady state value. The invention also relates to a fuel injection control method of a motor vehicle combustion engine, the method comprising the step of establishing a reference control law of a quantity of fuel to be injected into a fuel cell. reference real engine and the step of injecting into the engine whose injection is controlled a quantity of fuel by implementing an injection control law dependent on at least one operating condition parameter of the engine, the control law expressing in the form of the reference control law of the actual reference motor to said at least one engine operating condition parameter and a reference control law correction function. The invention also relates to a set of two motor vehicle combustion engines said assembly consisting of a first engine and a second engine, the second engine comprising a fuel injection control module, the module being configured to determine a quantity of fuel to be injected by implementing an injection control law dependent on at least one operating condition parameter of said second engine, characterized in that the control law is expressed in the form a fuel injection amount reference control law implemented in the first engine and a correction function applied to the reference control law. Other features, objects and advantages of the invention will appear on reading the description which follows, with reference to the appended figures in which: - Figure 1 shows an injection control module according to the prior art; FIG. 2 represents an injection control module according to one embodiment of the invention. The control module shown in FIG. 2 here again incorporates the elements described above with reference to the module of FIG. 1, which elements bear the same reference numerals as in FIG. 2. The module of FIG. a module 10 also contributing to the development of an instruction 9 amount of fuel to be injected. The module 10 receives the value 3 of coolant temperature. It also receives a value 11 of engine stopping time since its last use. The module 10 also receives a value delivered by the lambda probe which value is equal to the inverse of the richness. Of these three values, the module 10 derives a value Kmoti (t), represented under the reference 12, which is the ratio between the value of fuel flow demanded by the control module and the actual fuel flow rate in the chambers. of combustion. A memory 20 further provides the displacement value Vmoti of the engine. For a Mati engine to be calibrated and a motor already calibrated Mot2, we seek to obtain the same wealth in the starting phase: At (t) = Toot2 (t) [0024] The precalibrated system flow of the engine Mati is obtained by the following formula: QZCarbmoti (t) = QZCarbmot2 (t) x Km °, i (t) x VMot2 KMot2 (t) VMot 1 Where t is maybe a variable depending on different motor parameters, for example here the liquid temperature of the engine cooling and / or the engine stopping time and / or the speed and / or the injected or other flow rate}, QZCarbmoti (t) is the engine controlled fuel flow value Mati, as requested by the engine control, QZCarbmot2 (t) is the engine controlled fuel flow rate of the Mot2 engine, as requested by the engine control. Kmoti (t) is the ratio between the fuel flow demanded and the actual fuel flow rate of the Mati engine, determined using the lambda probe which provides the value of the inverse of the richness. Kmot2 (t) is the ratio of the fuel flow demanded to the actual fuel flow rate of the Mot2 engine, determined using the lambda probe. Vmott is the engine displacement Motl Vmot2 is the displacement of the Mot2 engine. Kmot (t) is preferably determined from tests by recording the richness depending on different engine parameters such as here the coolant temperature and / or the stopping time of the engine and / or the speed and / or the flow injected or other, in the form of a cartography with several dimensions. The displacement of the Vmot engine is a constant. The control law implemented by the present control module thus facilitates the calibration of the start by recovering the wealth starting on an existing engine and applying the same wealth on a new engine. To do this this law of order is based on the real wealth at the beginning. The error is thus determined between the controlled flow rate or system flow rate as indicated in the calibration and the flow rate actually injected by the injector by the use of the lambda probe. In the present example, we therefore build a transverse adjustment on the injected flow rates by reference to an existing engine and defines the difference between the requested flow rate and the flow actually injected via a few tests by measuring the wealth at the start and after -departure. This control law makes it possible to modify only the Kmot and Vmot values during calibration of the flow rate at the start of the new motor. The current control laws on the flow rates injected at the start phase do not take into account the difference between the requested flow rate and the flow actually injected by the injector. Such a control law applies in diesel engines and gasoline engines, preferably in the starting phase of such engines. Although described for injection control in the departure phase, such a control law can be implemented in a post-departure phase. In addition, although described here for a direct injection engine, such a control law can be implemented in an indirect injection engine. This control law saves in implementation cost by reducing the number of tests to calibrate the start phase while maintaining the same quality of result. Indeed the quality of the calibration of the starting phase is not degraded by such a control law. By reducing the duration of the tests, this control law makes it possible to reduce the overall calibration time of the starting phase. In addition to gains in calibration times, there is also a reduction in test facilities in development and thus an additional cost reduction.
