Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité de synchronisation (10) d'une boîte de vitesses (12), comportant un corps de synchronisation (14) qui est rotatif autour d'un axe de transmission (A), un baladeur (18) qui est agencé solidaire en rotation mais à déplacement axial par rapport au corps de synchronisation (14), une bague de synchronisation (26) pour accoupler le corps de synchronisation (14) à un pignon (22) de la boîte de vitesses (12) par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison par friction, plusieurs pièces de pression (36) réparties sur la périphérie extérieure du corps de synchronisation (14), ainsi que un élément ressort (38) qui sollicite les pièces de pression (36) avec une force élastique (F ) radialement contre le baladeur (18) et qui repose sur une surface de contact (40) des pièces de pression (36), la surface de contact (40) des pièces de pression (36) étant inclinée au moins partiellement par rapport à l'axe de transmission (A), de telle sorte que l'élément ressort (38) est sollicité par une composante de force axiale (F ) et prend appui axialement sur la bague de synchronisation (26).
