Abstract

Procédé et système de sélection d'une trajectoire d'approche d'un aéroport ou d'un aérodrome, mis en œuvre sur au moins un processeur, ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes. Une première étape de réception d'une information représentative d'un aéroport ou aérodrome d'atterrissage sélectionné par le pilote, une deuxième étape de détermination pour ledit aéroport ou aérodrome d'atterrissage de tout ou partie des trajectoires d'approche possibles, associées à une piste d'atterrissage, à partir d'une base de données des aéroports ou aérodromes. L'invention comporte aussi une troisième étape de détermination, pour au moins une des approches possible, si ladite approche est compatible avec un mode de guidage angulaire, par analyse géométrique de l'approche et une quatrième étape d'affichage de l'ensemble desdites approches possibles pour ledit aéroport ou ledit aérodrome d'atterrissage affichage, pour les approches analysées, de la compatibilité avec ledit mode de guidage angulaire.
