Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de raccordement hydraulique, pour sanitaire ou chauffage, auto fixant en s'appliquant directement sur le support sans perçage. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de se servir du trou de perçage initial comme support de fixation, quelque soit le diamètre de celui-ci. Il n'y a plus besoin de fixer une platine de support. Le dispositif est composé de 2 pièces en laiton (avec raccord de sertissage) qui s'assemblent et qui ne nécessitent aucune vis, ni outils pour la fixation après sertissage du tube. La première pièce est un coude en laiton avec ses raccords de sertissage, la seule à être filetée, manchonnée pour la partie à raccorder sur la robinetterie, a sertir pour la partie raccordement à l'arrivée d'eau (1). La deuxième pièce est une pièce en laiton au diamètre du trou de percement du support, constituée de pointes de fixation (ergots), qui se visse sur la première pièce (2). Après assemblage des deux pièces, le système se fixe par une simple pression qui provoque l'enfoncement des ergots dans le support, le tout après sertissage du tuyau d'alimentation. L'installation du dispositif s'effectue en 4 opérations : tracer, assembler, sertir, fixer, ce qui réduit le temps de pose par rapport à un raccord traditionnel.
